Mollie designs signature menus using a combination of her
classic and cutting-edge recipes per your request. She’ll
consult with your chef or foodservice staff on everything
from technique, preparation, and sourcing of ingredients
to lavish, customized presentations. Optional personal
appearances, keynote presentations, and book sales and
signings can also be arranged.

Licensed Artwork
Mollie’s varied portfolio of award-winning art,
illustration, and design motifs is available for licensing
in all manner of print reproduction for use in
advertisements, public relations campaigns, invitations,
personal and professional stationary, posters, cards,
calendars, and banners. Mollie is also available, on a
select basis, as a designer and design consultant for
books, print, fabric, tabletop items, and many other
applications.

Commissioned Original Art
One of Mollie’s best-known specialties is Still Life
Painting. And one of her best-kept secrets (until
now!) is that she occasionally creates customized Still
Lifes portraying symbolic, meaningful objects jointly
selected with —and sometimes belonging to— her few and
lucky clients. Mollie currently has openings for
private clients and will also create other works of art
(including figurative work, portraiture, and landscapes)
for commercial and residential spaces. Please note that
Mollie provides these very personal services on a highly
selective, limited basis.
